At SmartFix Store, we follow a strict no return and no refund policy.
1. No Returns / No Refunds
- All sales are final.
- We do not offer returns, replacements, or refunds under any circumstances once the order has been delivered.
- This includes dissatisfaction, change of mind, compatibility issues, or minor cosmetic variations.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Product Claims
If a customer receives:
- A damaged product, or
- An incorrect product
They must not return the product directly.
Instead:
- Customers may submit an appeal through the Contact Page within a reasonable time after delivery.
- Each appeal will be reviewed internally.
- Approval or rejection of any claim is solely at the discretion of SmartFix Store.
Submission of an appeal does not guarantee replacement or refund.
3. Non-Eligible Cases
The following are not eligible for any appeal:
- Damage caused after delivery
- Normal wear and tear
- Issues due to improper usage or handling
- Minor color or design differences
- Accessories missing due to manufacturer packaging differences
